Are you ready to experience a beautifuL & SACRED WEEK IN COLOMBIA PARADISE?
When I first discovered that I had Colombian blood running through my veins, I began dreaming of being on the land as much as I could. Of course when the opportunity presented itself to bring y’all to a secluded beach in the jungle, I decided to add it to the list! Our time together at BRISA BAHIA will be spent communing with the self (through movement medicine), with the land (through nature hikes, swimming/snorkling in the Sea and basking in the sun) and with each other through shared experiences and adventures. Every morning we will move our bodies while watching the waves crash on the shore. There will be self-discovery workshops peppered throughout the retreat to help you to dive into depth with yourself and the amazing people who will be along side you during this week long journey. You will have a few hours to yourself each day so you can integrate and process the transformation occurring. Take advantage of this chance to balance depth with FUN and softness as we take in all the beauty both inside and around us.
