This online one- on- one mentorship is designed to re-train your body, reprogram your mind and re-connect to your soul. You will first tune into where you are currently in your life, and then get clarity about where you'd like to be. Then together we will begin to look at any blockages or old beliefs/patterns that are keeping you small. There will be plenty of different healing techniques that we will explore with one another and side by side we will create a routine to form new habits that are better aligned with your highest self so that you can live the life you're meant to!

This is a 4-6 month time and energy commitment.

This program has been birthed out of combining all of my favorite things.

Our time together will begin with an in-person, 4 day RETREAT on Isla Mujeres. When we all return home, we will then meet 3 times per month for 5 months in order to not only integrate what you learned/discovered in Isla Mujeres but also to expand on that healing work!

Our calls will be a mix of lectures with new depth to cover, movement medicine (think dance parties and breathwork) as well as moments of live coaching for what you are processing.

This journey is perfect for those who are looking for a deeper experience AFTER we dive into the magic of retreat-land.
